One of the things I enjoy most is spending time with our youth group at church. Elsa and I are a lot older than most of them, but they keep us young! I served as our youth director in 2005 and 2007, and one of the events we typically do is Celebrate Freedom, an all-day outdoor Christian concert around the 4th of July. However, this past July we got a lot of rain, and it began to pour as we were trying to park for the concert. There was no way we could brave this storm, so we made a PLAN B, and decided to go out and grab pizza and then go bowling! It turned out to be a lot of fun, the only bad part was how the girls beat us in bowling!:(
