Tonight we went to check out the ICE Exhibit at the Gaylord Texan Hotel in Grapevine, Tx. It was pretty cool (literally, about 9 degrees!!). We bundled up and got a chance to navigate around several ice sculptures (2 million pounds worth) carved and shaped by Chinese artisans!
